The Hot-Flash blade creates a swimming minnow effect. The hammered blade is not painted on the bottom third with an oversize prism eye to create the head of the minnow. With a coat of glitter applied to simulate the scales, the blade is then finished off with a coat of epoxy to protect the finish.
